The influences on my life have been mostly formed by, “How am I going to take control of my life and what do I value the most?” I know the most standard answers are fulfillment and success in the workplace, a life outside of the workplace and strong family ties. To decide on the impact I expected to achieve, I knew I needed to have a self-awareness mentality determining what makes me happiest? The answer I can summarize into two words: “actively engaged”. If you are thinking that is a broad scope, you wouldn't be wrong. Life has my full attention, and I do the things that make me feel the most joy.

Filling my cup has more often than not been harmoniously united with filling others’ cups, which lead me to obtaining a BS in Public Relations, Communications and Marketing and graduating Cum Laude fromWestern Carolina University. I knew I wanted to serve and be a reliable resource for my community, to establish a presence for growth. This desire is what launched me into the Real Estate Industry during college; how better to grow my community than from the heart of it, the people who live here and the people who want to live here? This notion has been my ambition since 2004 and I have successfully assisted in selling hundreds of homes within my community, with a list & sold volume exceeding $100million dollars in home sales. I say “assisted” as real estate is a team effort embracing the network of professionals I have worked hard to cultivate relationships with and depend on. Everyone from inspectors, lenders, attorneys, paralegals, surveyors and the list goes on and on; all are an integral part of my day to day professional work, which I am grateful for and rely on.

It’s been an honor and privilege to have received honors, achievements & awards throughout the years such as Top 100 Asheville Realtors, Top 200 Asheville Realtors, Chairman’s Club, Trulia Top Agents,Contributing to Excellence, but what I truly value most is the coveted “Raving Fans Award” which I’mproud to have received for multiple years. This is determined solely based on Client Reviews & Testimonials, which is a testament to what I focus on. My mindfulness and centering are supported by my vivacious activities and relationships. I focus on improving my mind, body and spirit in a multitude of ways, including F45 Fitness and centering relationships with those near and dear. A word you will find me using often is “connected” and these activities connect some of the best things in life: energy, passion,spirit, life & health. I value spending time with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, "Nash'' and enjoying the surrounding mountains of Western North Carolina. I make it a point to also be connected in volunteer work here in Western North Carolina, having been a Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of WNC for over eight years while also presently volunteering with Meals on Wheels of Buncombe County.

Being actively engaged has changed every critical importance that I have in my day to day. I have made sure to implement structure to work efficiently, not constantly, so that I can lead this eclectic life I love so much! I have set my expectations early and often to maintain these roles that my heart desires. We only have one life and it’s our job to live it fully, I wholeheartedly believe in playing hard and working harder.My life motto is “Getting Things Done” and I have every intention of staying committed and achieving exactly that.
